This is a vintage photo, printed on a high quality polycotton towel, of Cairo, Egypt taken from the shore near Bulaq. It is from an antique postcard, circa 1890-1906. The postcard was created using the photochrom process, which is a way of producing colorized images from black-and-white photographic negatives via the direct photographic transfer of a negative onto lithographic printing plates, used primarily between 1890 and 1910.
